We don't believe in “right” here at Whole Human Co. – we believe in seeking what is “aligned”. That means what works for me may not work perfectly for you, what I want in life might not be what you want in life, my goals are not your goals – BUT by focusing on how we find alignment between the life we want to live, and the goals we set each day/week/month/quarter/year and beyond, we are able to cultivate our own paths toward joy, fulfillment and our individual place in this world.

Part I - Declutter
Shed the burdens of physical clutter, limiting beliefs, and emotional baggage to create a foundation for building goals and systems that align with your present aspirations. Step into a life of clarity and ease by letting go of what no longer serves you.
Part II - REflect & Celebrate
In order to lay your best plans for the future, you need to understand your past. What challenges have you overcome? What successes have you experienced? This reflection process is often feared or overlooked, but it's essential for building a future from a solid foundation, rather than building a future on sand.
Part III - Dream Forward
In my opinion, we are never dreaming big enough, or clear enough. In order to set effective goals, visions and Intentions, we have to know what our desired outcomes are. Together we'll dive deep into the practice of Dreaming Forward, imagining, describing, and truly envisioning the life for YOU.
Part IV - Take ACtion
Setting goals is how you make progress toward living your life on YOUR terms. But often the goals we set are not designed In a way that motivates & provides space for change or contentment. That changes here. Utilizing my Intentional goal-setting framework, we will focus on why you set your goals, how you will achieve them, and practice recommitting when things get hard along the way.

Understand the “Why”
Each week I will spend some time walking you through the “why” of the topic of the week. In these videos I'll explain my beliefs around the given topic, how you can use the practices to help you build your Aligned Life Foundation, and the intention behind each activity.
Intentional, guided activities
Each module has specific activities associated with the theme - some have workbooks associated, some have actions, others just require a piece of paper and a quiet space to think. These activities will all have videos associated with them to help you navigate the process with ease & clarity
Mindfulness Practice
So much of the work, and the processes created in the Aligned Life Reset is based around intentionality and groundedness. In order to foster this environment, each module comes with a mindfulness practice that will help you get you get centered as you work through the activities.
Journal Prompts
Love them or hate them - journaling can allow you to take the necessary time to summarize your thoughts, a-ha's and experiences in each module. For each topic there will be associated journal prompts to help you integrate the practices you're learning and understand how these practices fit in YOUR life - not how to fit your life around the practices.

What is the format for the learning
The Aligned Life Reset will be sent via email 1x a week over four weeks. In these emails you will have access to video content, worksheets and reflection questions to help you Declutter, Reflect & Review, Dream forward and Take Action!
Do I have to complete in a certain amount of time.
No, this is a do-on-your-own-time course. However, completing the modules weekly in this time frame allows you to have some structure & consistency if that is something you're looking for in this process.

What Happens after the Aligned Life Reset
Great Question! You will continue to have access to the materials provided throughout the series.

How long do I have access to the content
You will have access to the content indefinitely.
How much time should I dedicate to the content
Expect to spend a minimum of 1hr / week on content. Realistically, you can space out each section over the course of the week and if you really give time to each section the time commitment could range from 20-45 min. In order to get the most out of the program, I recommend dedicating at least 2hrs over the course of the week.
Will there be options to work with you 1:1 during or after the program?
Yes.
